Terrorist Infiltrates Kashmir, Gets Hair Transplant Instead of Attacks
A Pakistani terrorist, Mohammed Usman Jatt, infiltrated Jammu and Kashmir with orders from Lashkar-e-Taiba to conduct attacks. However, reportedly, Jatt postponed his mission to undergo a hair transplant in Srinagar due to personal confidence issues related to hair loss. He was eventually arrested and his interrogation led to the uncovering of an alleged Lashkar-e-Taiba network of Over Ground Workers in north Kashmir and Srinagar. The case is currently under investigation by the National Investigation Agency.
