The Judge’s rejection of the Trump administration’s request to unseal Ghislaine Maxwell’s grand jury testimony is a clear signal of how things really work in these situations. The whole request, frankly, seems like it was designed to fail. It was all theatrics, and it’s a game plan we’ve seen before.
