GOP Congressman Charged with Distributing Child Pornography

South Carolina Representative Robert “RJ” May, a conservative lawmaker known for advocating child protection, was arrested and indicted on ten counts of distributing child sex abuse material. Federal prosecutors allege May used the username “joebidennnn69” to share over 220 files of child pornography on Kik. A search of his home yielded numerous electronic devices containing further evidence, including videos allegedly depicting May engaging in sex with underage women in Colombia. Following his arrest, May was expelled from the House Freedom Caucus and ordered detained until trial.
