These breaches, identified by the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency (Sepa), involved exceeding limits for contaminants such as biochemical oxygen demand, suspended solids, and ammoniacal nitrogen. While Trump International maintains their system has not caused environmental damage, Sepa reports that the breaches have happened.
