It’s no secret that Supreme Court Justices Alito and Thomas have been causing a stir with their controversial decisions and opinions. Alito, in particular, has raised eyebrows with his recent statements regarding presidential immunity. He seems to be living in a world where he believes that presidents should be above the law, immune from prosecution for any crimes they may commit while in office.
