A vehicle drove into a crowd at the Lapu Lapu Day Block Party near East 41st Avenue and Fraser Street in Vancouver shortly after 8 p.m., resulting in multiple fatalities and injuries. The driver is currently in police custody. The Vancouver Police Department is investigating and will release further details as they become available.
