It seems the colossal US food giant Sysco is making a massive move, agreeing to acquire catering supplier Restaurant Depot for a staggering $29 billion. This acquisition, on the heels of a previously blocked similar deal, is setting off alarm bells and fueling a lot of discussion, and frankly, a lot of frustration.
