The Biden administration is setting the stage to roll out a comprehensive new student loan forgiveness plan, and the excitement in the air is palpable. As someone who has personally experienced the burden of student loan debt, I can’t help but feel a sense of relief at the possibility of some of that weight being lifted off my shoulders. The prospect of having a portion of my debt forgiven is both empowering and long overdue.
