I cannot believe the sheer audacity of Jim Jordan to issue a warning to parents about ‘illegal aliens’ hiding in schools. I cannot believe my eyes when I read about GOP Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith’s decision to block a bill designed to protect IVF treatment because she believes it could potentially legalize the creation of human-animal chimeras. The sheer level of ignorance and fear-mongering displayed by these so-called representatives of the people is utterly bewildering. To think that a Senator would actually voice concerns about a non-existent threat of human-animal hybrids being created through IVF is beyond absurd. Republicans fear they will be targets in Trump’s ‘retribution’ campaign. It’s quite interesting to witness the fear that has engulfed the Republican party.
