Some fans at frigid Chiefs playoff game underwent amputations, hospital confirms
I cannot fathom the decision-making process that led some fans to undergo amputations after enduring the frigid temperatures at the recent Chiefs playoff game. The idea of losing a body part for the sake of a game, no matter how big or how devoted a fan one may be, is unfathomable to me. Was it a lack of proper attire, an abundance of alcohol dulling their senses, or simply a misguided sense of loyalty that led to such severe consequences?
