I can’t wrap my head around the news that all four suspects involved in the Moscow concert hall attack have been arrested. It seems too convenient, too perfectly timed to fit a certain narrative. Putin wasted no time in pointing fingers at Ukraine, desperately trying to shift blame onto them, but the whole scenario seems fishy to me. How could these gunmen allow themselves to be captured, especially considering the brutal track record of the Russian authorities in dealing with dissidents?
