Anders Behring Breivik, the perpetrator of the 2011 Norway attacks that killed 77, appeared in court for a second parole hearing. Despite serving over a decade of his 21-year sentence, authorities recommended rejecting his release due to an ongoing risk of future violence and unchanged extremist ideology. Breivik, who displayed pro-Russian symbols, maintains his political stance and has previously challenged his prison conditions.
