The former wife of David Brouillette, Ashley Brouillette, stated that he asked her to lie to cover for him regarding a shooting incident, which he claimed was justified because the victim allegedly attempted to hit him with a car. She refused and expressed disbelief in his account, noting his unusual calmness about the situation. Ashley Brouillette also revealed that she had previously warned his military superiors about his mental health and alleged he was abusive. David Brouillette, a licensed real estate agent and veteran with past law enforcement experience, was reportedly hired by ICE this year.
