As I sit here contemplating the recent announcement by Erdogan that Turkey firmly backs Hamas leaders, I can’t help but feel a myriad of emotions swirling within me. Erdogan, the man who has been quite polarizing in his leadership of Turkey, has taken a stand that raises many eyebrows and sparks intense debate. The support for Hamas, a group labeled as a terrorist organization by many, is a bold and controversial move that speaks volumes about the alliances and priorities of certain nations.
