The couple’s complaint states that their own egg and sperm were used to create the embryo implanted, leading them to suspect a mix-up when the baby displayed different physical characteristics. They are requesting the court compel the defendants to notify other patients, pay for genetic testing for past patients, and disclose any discrepancies found. The Fertility Center of Orlando has stated they are cooperating with an investigation to determine the source of the error.
