Parents Sue Fitness Club After Toddler Suffers Head Injury Due to Worker’s Reckless Toss
Parents are suing a fitness club after a video surfaced that appears to show a daycare worker tossing a toddler, an incident that has resulted in serious injuries for the child and sparked outrage. The lawsuit details that the child was taken to the emergency room the same day, where he was diagnosed with blunt head trauma, a concussion, a traumatic brain injury, and facial abrasions. Disturbingly, the child is alleged to still be experiencing symptoms, including hearing loss, over a year later.
