Donald Trump claims ‘107%’ of new jobs are being taken by ‘illegal immigrants’, and I can’t help but shake my head at the sheer absurdity of this statement. As an American who was born and raised in this country, I can attest to the fact that my new hire, like myself, is a citizen of this nation. So where does this mythical ‘107%’ figure come from? It seems like Trump is just pulling random numbers out of thin air again, with no regard for basic mathematics.
