Conservatives in red states turn their attention to ending no-fault divorce laws

It is both disheartening and alarming to see that conservatives in red states are turning their attention to ending no-fault divorce laws. The very idea that some individuals believe they have the right to dictate the personal choices and decisions of others when it comes to their marriages is not only invasive but also archaic.

No-fault divorce laws were put into place for a reason, to offer individuals in marriages that are no longer working a way out without having to prove fault or engage in a lengthy, public court battle. It is a measure that allows people to move on with their lives in a civilized and respectful manner, preserving their dignity and autonomy.… Continue reading

RFK is now openly gunning for Trump voters — and Republicans are starting to worry

RFK is now openly gunning for Trump voters, and Republicans are starting to worry. This doesn’t come as a surprise to me because, from the get-go, it was evident that RFK was always aimed at appealing to the conservative base rather than attracting Democratic voters. The same people who believed RFK would steal Biden votes are probably the ones who underestimated his allegiance to the Trump supporters. It’s clear that RFK’s campaign strategy is tailored to resonate with the far-right ideologies and conspiracy theories that have gained traction in recent times.

Republicans seem to be waking up to the reality that RFK’s platform aligns more closely with the beliefs of Trump supporters than with any traditional conservative values.… Continue reading

Conservative Group’s Plan to Criminalize Porn Is Part of Campaign to End All ‘Recreational Sex’

As I sit here reading about the Conservative Group’s plan to criminalize porn as part of their campaign to end all ‘recreational sex’, I can’t help but feel a deep sense of frustration and disgust. The audacity of these self-righteous individuals to dictate what consenting adults can and cannot do in the privacy of their own bedrooms is truly mind-boggling.

It is ironic, to say the least, that a group of people who claim to value freedom and individual rights are the ones pushing for such authoritarian measures. The sheer hypocrisy of it all is staggering. These are the same folks who are quick to preach about personal responsibility and limited government intervention, yet here they are, trying to legislate away one of the most natural and human experiences there is.… Continue reading

Here we go again. Pick one!

So much of conservative culture is “cool guy badass aesthetic” and “cops are awesome all of a sudden because BLM are brown terrorists”

There is no logic. There is no thought process. It’s gut reactions and slapping loud messages on muh truck.

Anti-government but pro-militias-that-enforce-the-government-they’re-against

Anti big government except when it comes to a huge ass military, huge police forces, controlling a person woman’s body, government hand outs to the rich, government interfering with an election if it helps them win, strictly patrolled boarders, and Im sure there are more

They’re not really anti big government. I have sat down, in person, with a few conservatives in my family to talk about the fact that every conservative administration has resulted in increased spending and an expansion of federal powers.… Continue reading

Minnesota’s 0.000004% Voter Fraud Cited as GOP Suit Tossed

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2020-10-12/minnesota-ballot-suit-tossed-by-judge-citing-000004-fraud-rate

Conservatives can’t prove that widespread voter fraud is real. The Heritage Foundation, at Trump’s insistence, already tried in 2017 and this was the result: Less than 1,100 individual cases spanning from as far back as 1982 found:

That’s THEIR report, by the way.

But hold up–there was an update to that number in march. According the Heritage foundation, that number “swelled up” to a whopping 1,285

Trump himself set up a commission to prove his claim that there was widespread voter fraud and that’s why he lost the popular vote. You remember what happened?

The commission found so few cases they disbanded without producing a single report.… Continue reading
