It is quite amusing, isn’t it, witnessing the Republican party in complete disarray and chaos within its own ranks? The recent move by Marjorie Taylor Greene to oust Mike Johnson as the Speaker of the House has got Matt Gaetz worried about the possibility of ending up with a Democratic speaker. Oh, the horror! But really, should we be surprised by the circus that is the GOP these days? After all, they seem more interested in infighting, grandstanding, and obstructing rather than actually governing.

I cannot wrap my head around the fact that the highest office in the United States was held by someone who would rip up documents after reading them. Not only is it a blatant disregard for the importance of the information contained in those papers, but it also shows a lack of respect for the fundamental principles of governance and accountability.
The idea that White House aides had to painstakingly collect the torn shreds of documents and tape them back together so they could be archived is mind-boggling.
