When I heard that Donald Trump reportedly didn’t know who’s third in line for the presidency, I couldn’t help but shake my head in disbelief. How can the former President of the United States, the leader of one of the most powerful countries in the world, not know such a basic and fundamental fact about the government he was supposed to lead? It’s truly mind-boggling to think that someone who held the highest office in the land could be so woefully uninformed about the very system he was a part of.
The fact that Trump seemed confused about who comes after the Vice President and the Speaker of the House in the line of succession speaks volumes about his lack of knowledge and understanding of how our government works.… Continue reading
