I witnessed the recent news about Diddy admitting to beating his ex-girlfriend Cassie, and my emotions are running high. The mere idea that someone could lay a hand on another in such a violent manner is abhorrent, and the fact that it took a video surfacing for an admission to be made is sickening. Diddy’s nonchalant attitude, asking about the statute of limitations, and then casually admitting fault leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted after watching the surveillance video of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs physically assaulting Cassie Ventura in 2016. The way he grabbed her from behind and slammed her to the floor, it’s sickening. She laid there motionless, likely knowing that any movement would only escalate the violence.
