As a proud Michigander, it brings me immense joy to witness my home state surpassing California as the top cannabis market in the United States by sales volume. The emergence of Michigan as a dominant player in the cannabis industry is a testament to the progressive nature of our state and the strong demand for legal marijuana products in the Midwest. It is not surprising to see Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana residents flocking to Michigan to take advantage of the pricing and availability of cannabis, especially considering the tax savings and accessibility that our state offers.
