The revelation that a GOP senator doesn’t want to pass a tax bill because it could make President Biden “look good” is a testament to their party-over-country mentality. It’s infuriating to think that elected officials are more concerned with political points than with helping the American people.
The fact that the bill in question doesn’t even include checks for Americans, but rather a tax credit, makes the senator’s opposition even more nonsensical.
