I can’t even begin to imagine the sheer horror and panic that must have spread throughout the plane when a passenger suddenly started spewing liters of blood from his mouth and nose. As one bystander described it, it was like something out of a horror film, a scene that seemed unimaginable and yet, tragically, it became a reality for those onboard.
