Trump DOJ Moves to Denaturalize Citizens in Rare Move

This initiative stems from accusations that these individuals concealed their criminal activities during the naturalization process, emphasizing a zero-tolerance policy for abuse of the system. In parallel, the administration has also targeted birthright citizenship, which is constitutionally protected, by seeking to revoke it for children of undocumented parents and addressing “birth tourism.” Furthermore, the administration’s broader efforts to restrict legal immigration have faced legal challenges, including a federal judge striking down a $100,000 fee on H1-B visas as an unauthorized tax.
