Ukrainian Police Identify Russian Officer Suspected of Bucha Massacre

Ukraine has identified Artyom Tareyev, a Russian officer, as the suspected perpetrator of a massacre of civilians in Bucha, a Kyiv suburb, during the 2022 Russian occupation.
