I find it utterly jaw-dropping how Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (MTG) has taken it upon herself to vow to have Dr. Anthony Fauci tried for ‘crimes against humanity’. The sheer audacity and ignorance displayed by her statement is truly mind-boggling. I mean, seriously, what crimes could Dr. Fauci possibly have committed that warrant such extreme action from a public figure like MTG? As I reflect on the recent news about Anthony Fauci receiving death threats after Marjorie Taylor Greene’s remarks, I am deeply disturbed by the level of vitriol and hatred that exists in our society.
