Major General Ali Shademani, commander of Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya construction arm, was assassinated alongside numerous other senior IRGC officers on June 17, 2025. The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) conducted the operation, targeting a secret mountain compound near Tehran.
