Terra Morehead, the former Kansas prosecutor who framed an innocent man, surrendered her law license and will soon be disbarred. This decision comes after Nashae McIntyre was wrongfully convicted and spent 23 years in prison for a crime he did not commit. McIntyre sued and was awarded $12.5 million, but what about the person responsible for his suffering? Morehead’s actions in this case are nothing short of despicable.
