The tragic news of the bodies found at the Key Bridge collapse site has deeply affected me. It is heart-wrenching to think about the awful way in which these individuals lost their lives, submerged in a car as a result of the bridge collapse. My condolences go out to their families and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.
The recovery efforts at the bridge site are incredibly challenging due to the unstable superstructure and the dangerous conditions that divers face.
