I cannot begin to express the horror and despair I feel after learning about the tragic death of a 12-year-old child at a camp in North Carolina for troubled youth. The fact that this innocent child was deemed “troubled” and sent to a camp for so-called “tough love” is outrageous. The details of his death being ruled a homicide are beyond comprehension.
