Many see this as a sign of the party’s degradation, with members seemingly abandoning principles in favor of loyalty to the former President. Some view it as the destruction of the Constitution. Some are also quick to call out the hypocrisy. The GOP has seemingly given up its moral compass, and has become a cult of personality.

There’s a cynicism about the accuracy of the data, fueled by the feeling that those surveyed don’t truly understand what they are supporting, or that the numbers are being manipulated.
