In a Minneapolis residential area, a maroon Honda Pilot blocked a road, prompting the arrival of two officers from a silver Nissan Titan. The officers, part of a Department of Homeland Security surge, approached the Honda and demanded the driver exit the vehicle. As the Honda began to maneuver, a third officer fired three shots into the car, with two shots fired after the vehicle had passed him. The officer then holstered his weapon.

DHS Is Lying To You About ICE Shooting a Woman. The situation is pretty clear, and it’s deeply disturbing. From the jump, it’s evident that the official narrative, spun by DHS and amplified by certain figures, doesn’t match the reality captured on video.
The initial statements are blatant attempts to mislead. The DHS statement, claiming the ICE officer fired in self-defense, clashes directly with the visual evidence. Trump’s assertion that the woman “viciously ran over” the officer and Kristi Noem’s claim that a woman attacked them are all demonstrably false. This is a pattern we’ve seen before: a disturbing cycle of DHS releasing inaccurate, misleading, or outright inflammatory statements that distort the truth and feed the right-wing media machine. This is not a mistake; it’s a deliberate tactic. A judge even called out this pattern, cataloging DHS officials’ dishonesty.
The lack of accountability is appalling. The shooter walked away, apparently without being detained, which is a stark contrast to how local law enforcement would handle a similar situation. The fact that the agents allegedly tampered with the crime scene and prevented medical assistance from being rendered is unforgivable. This evokes memories of other police shootings where justice was elusive.
The motivations behind these lies are crystal clear to those who are paying attention. The people who are trying to downplay this are simply happy about it. They are thrilled. There is no debate or discussion. They know this was unjustified. They simply do not care. They want us to die. The videos show that this was a murder committed in cold blood. The DHS can fuck off… They will try to paint her as a violent criminal for a parking ticket her grandma had 60 years ago.
The transition from ICE to Gestapo has just picked up speed. Kristi Noem’s leadership has directly led to the death of Americans. She needs to be tried and jailed immediately. If you watch police body cam videos, you know the routine: they never leave the scene and have some sort of breakdown. This guy did the opposite of both; this guy is a murdering psycho. This guy is a murdering psycho. He will soon be identified and needs to be set an example that this shit is not okay.
The lack of care for the victim is palpable. Even the medical response was disrupted. The claim that the woman tried to run over the officer is contradicted by the video evidence. What is clear is that she was murdered. The video clearly shows her trying to create space to drive away. The agent then chooses to reach for his gun and shoot her. The expressions of the other agents speak volumes.
The actions of ICE are those of terrorists. The agency is creating an environment of fear and impunity. They are making a mockery of justice. They’re openly attacking and pepper spraying students. Minneapolis Public Schools has canceled class for the rest of the week. People who tried to help the woman were threatened. No one rendered first aid. This is a deliberate attempt to create an atmosphere of fear.
This is a clear example of the authoritarian tendencies and the disregard for truth. The response from some is to reject the evidence of their eyes and ears. These actions are a step toward a much darker future. This is the clearest sign of fascism. We Minnesotans need the rest of you to have our backs. It is necessary now!!
