The core of the problem lies in his worldview, which appears increasingly rooted in neofascist principles.
Under Trump’s neofascist worldview, the only “legal” act is obedience, while defiance of his whims and illegal orders is a crime. This paradigm shift, where loyalty to a single individual eclipses adherence to the law and the Constitution, is perhaps the most dangerous aspect of his political philosophy. It suggests a rejection of the rule of law and an embrace of a system where power is concentrated in the hands of one person, who can arbitrarily punish dissent and reward unquestioning loyalty.
