The core of the issue revolves around a plan, perhaps best described as a blueprint, that’s been meticulously designed and is now being implemented. This has resulted in many not knowing or researching a range of opinions, but instead they’re getting information and reinforcing opinions from Facebook and Twitter.

The creation of a class of officials who are above the law, increasing the people’s dependency on the government, public ignorance of civic duties, and the use of staged events to gain popular support all indicate the plan’s ultimate goal. The ultimate key is to detect and suppress tendencies toward tyranny before they become too deeply ingrained. The people must never acquiesce in any violation of the Constitution.
The memo underscores how those in the administration want to use federal agencies to target green card holders and even US citizens for deportation, using military force against civilians.
The administration seems determined to outdo the militarization that came about after the September 11 attacks. This time, the “new internal enemy” is a vague term, but is still very alarming. They are trying to crush dissent and protests with military force. This is not about law enforcement or immigration. This is a prelude to a larger plan.
