Moore and his co-defendants were accused of destroying government-provided vaccines and distributing falsely marked vaccine cards in exchange for payments. The charges, which included conspiracy and property conversion, stem from an alleged scheme between May 2021 and September 2022. This brings us to the question of what happens now. The charges are dismissed, which means the immediate legal repercussions are gone, but he could still, and hopefully will, face the loss of his medical license. This whole episode feels like an affront to the principles of justice and a demonstration of how fraud can be seen as acceptable under certain circumstances.
