It’s the way she carries herself. She has a “smirk” after making a snarky comment, which many find repulsive.
The sheer audacity of it all is what gets to people. The way she seems to talk down to everyone, her “snide attitude” is also a problem. It’s the ultimate “mean girl” persona, amplified and weaponized.
She is a prime example of someone who is perceived to lack any conscience, ethics, or morals. She’s seen as the “ultimate pick-me-girl,” willing to do whatever it takes to stay in favor.
One person even notes that she appears to say “Chump” when referring to her boss, rather than Trump. This is a level of sarcasm or maybe disrespect that is quite noticeable.

The overall feeling is that she is an “insufferable” person, who is an effective troll. Some think she’s good at it; a casting director’s dream for a character that people will hate.
