The notion that the trans community is a primary cause of cultural decline is inaccurate and harmful. Publicly and strongly supporting trans rights is essential, but so is prioritizing broader issues of economic justice and social equality to unite a wider base of voters and ensure that the fight for trans rights is not presented as a separate political battle. This approach is about effective messaging, not abandoning any group.
