The fact that there were fixed ladders mounted on the building, easily accessible to maintenance workers, raises even more concerns. How could the most obvious and closest rooftop to the event not be actively secured? It seems like a gross oversight on the part of the Secret Service and law enforcement agencies involved. The lack of immediate action, the failure to cover all angles and entry points, and the delayed response further exacerbates the situation.
