I am absolutely appalled by the recent news of the baby missing in Kentucky, especially considering the circumstances surrounding the infant’s family. It baffles me how the baby was allowed to go home with parents who had a history of drug issues, and even more so after the umbilical cord tested positive for methamphetamine.
