As news of the supposed “border crisis” spreads, it seems that many individuals are easily swayed by the manipulative tactics used by certain media outlets and political figures. The recent spectacle at the Texas border, where protestors gathered in anticipation of an “immigrant invasion,” has left many feeling disillusioned and let down.
It’s quite amusing to witness these individuals complain about being conned and deceived by the very people they put their trust in. They expected to witness hordes of immigrants attempting to cross the border, but instead, they found nothing but empty promises and false claims. It’s as if they were expecting a grand spectacle, only to be greeted with the harsh reality that their fears and concerns were overblown.
The disappointment among these protestors is palpable. They traveled long distances, sacrificed their time and money, all in the hopes of making a statement and supporting their cause.
